My Samsung Galaxy 10+ does not show a 5G option.
I followed T-Mobile’s directions to a T. Swipe down from home screen. Tap settings icon. Tap Connections Tap Mobile Networks Select 5G option. Except… there is no 5G option. It gives me the following: LTE3G/2G (auto connect) LTE 3G (auto connect) 2G Only. I have triple checked. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ which everyone has assured me is 5G compatible. I checked to make sure all of the available updates are on the phone - they are. Can someone please help me?
