photos in imessages show up as heic
we have four new iPhone 15s on the same T-Mobile plan. On only one of the phones, photos that come to my son from his friends show up as HEIC files in iMessages. The only way that I can fix it is to reset the network settings. But then just a few hours to a day later, they are arriving as HEIC files again. What’s going on?
