I have already uninstalled and reinstalled WOT and uninstalled all mods. reset all network connections and factory reset default gateway. when using my phones hotspot (VZW)…. problem goes away…clearly a T-Mobile issue. what do I do»?Solved351Views4likes10CommentsRoblox and T-Mobile Home Internet
Hi! So, I have a new issue (started on April 15th). Prior to April 15th, we were able to get into Roblox no problem using our T-Mobile Home Internet. All of a sudden, on the 15th, we can no longer access it. We get an SSL validation error. The weird thing is, we can access it if I use my T-Mobile phone as a wifi Hotspot (using either T-Mobile cell service or the T-Mobile Home Internet service through my phone.) Also, we can access Roblox via T-Mobile Home Internet but only if we use a VPN. Anyone have any idea why this would be happening? Were there updates to the T-Mobile Home Internet gateway that caused this? Any ideas would be fantastic because I am stumped!2.4KViews0likes8CommentsGaming with T-mobile Internet Xbox series S/PC
Ever since I have used T-Mobile internet, my gaming has been mediocre at best as far as connection. My ping on Rocket league at times ranges from a standard 68-300+. I cannot even get into any games on Battlefield 2042, as it times out. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is frustrating because I can sometimes play (with terrible ping) but when I join a friend's party it kicks me out of the game. I even hosted the match and tried logging into a game, and we were both kicked. these are just a few of the issues I’ve noticed while gaming. there are times when the internet just goes out, I am on my second device. My connection to the network is great, but the internet connectivity drops more often than it should. Recently the tower near me was upgraded which helped for downloading, but competitive gaming is still a struggle? Is this something that will be fixed or will I need to switch over to a trusty Fiber connection. I like the price I am paying for T-Mobile, but at the end of the day, it’s more of a hassle. I’m basically paying for something that I can’t depend on. I have multiple games in my library that are now collecting dust because they barely function if they work at all when joining my friends online, thank you.Solved22KViews0likes7CommentsXbox Gaming Connection Skipping
I recently set up the brand new white tower 5g home internet device. I was playing Call of Duty online and I noticed that randomly everyone would skip for a split second and it keeps happening throughout the game. My ping stays the same which is odd. My average download speed is around 300 and upload around 7-9. I checked to make sure the game servers were not having any issues which they weren’t. Any suggestions as to what is going on? Is this common?303Views0likes4CommentsNintendo Switch w/NOK 5G21 Gateway
I was thrilled to change from my previous provider to T-Mobile’s internet. The speed is great. The service has been super reliable. Where I’m having trouble is on my Nintendo Switch. I can’t getvisitors on my island on Animal Crossing. I can’t race against friends on Mario Kart. Virtually all online gaming functionality is useless. And I’m frustrated I haven’t been able to find a solution. I called support and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. Has anyone found any solution to this?!17KViews6likes29CommentsNintendo Switch "NT Traversal process has failed"
This error just started appearing tonight. I have been successfully playing online since I first signed-up for TMHI, now all of a sudden (BOOM!) I can’t connect to anyone, nor can they connect to me. I’ve restarted my gateway (Nokia) and Switchmultiple times to no avail -- I’ve also tried using custom DNS, with no improvement. I also tried connecting to my mobile hotspot (also T-Mobile) which worked fine before -- now nothing. My NAT type as reported by the Switch is “B” which should be good for connecting (It’s always been B, when I was gaming fine before) Did T-Mobile quietly change something which kills Nintendo Switch Online? Are there any solutions which don’t require me to add yet another monthly subscription to my growing list? Nintendo Switch Online is an important part of staying connected with distant family members, so any help is appreciated.1.2KViews4likes2Commentshow to reduce ping / latency with 5g home internet
hey! I just got the service and the download and upload speed are working great. unfortunately,I'm not about to game anymore because of the latency / ping. the ping on my speed test usually reads about 50-60ms but onceI'm in game it’s around 120 and has a lot of lag. I was wondering if there’s any way to reduce lag / latency? maybe connecting a high-speed gaming router? is that possible? does a 5ghz network help? thank you so much for any help!!!!64KViews4likes12CommentsUnable to get mobile tethering through laptop to play/connect to online games
I’ve been unable to get mobile tethering through laptop to play/connect to online games. I also tried to connect to my home VPN using tethering and that’s being blocked by T-Mobile as well. Anybody have any fixes for this or is it time for me to jump ship to a better carrier? I pay a lot for the additional Hotspot data, and if I can’t use it to connect to the VPN for work or for gaming, then what is the point of having hotspot?85Views0likes1CommentCant play on certain servers on FiveM
I recently switched servers on FiveM, and now im having issues with connecting to the servers that run FivePD, for those who dont know what FiveM is, its an extension for GTA5 that allows for multiplayer modding. I can join any server I want to, but the servers that I try to join that stream FivePD, I cant join for some reason, and some of them crashes FiveM. Any suggestions on how to fix it?360Views0likes0Comments
