S22 Ultra not showing up in trade in list
I'm trying to trade in my S22 ultra 5G for a new phone. Ever since the update, I have no service where I should have it and I'm over it. When I type in my IMEI, it takes me to a screen to type in my model number, but the S22 ultra 5G doesn't show up in the list. My model number is SM-S908U1. How am I supposed to trade in my phone if it doesn't show up in the list? Is that model number popping up for anyone else?
Exchange Phones on Same Plan
Would I be able to get a new phone (Galaxy S23+) with the add a line promotional discount, and then swap my current phone (Galaxy S10+) with the new phone so I have the new phone on my current number and my existing phone on the new number? I don’t see anything in the terms of the offer that indicate the new phone has to be on the new line, but maybe I’m missing something. If this would be technically allowed, what sequence of steps would I follow to achieve this? Thanks!
Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite Camera Not Working
I have had the Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite tablet since January 20 and only recently tried to use the camera. The camera will not open. I tried other camera apps and did a factory restore of the tablet. The base app doesn’t open. The downloaded app would open but show a camera error. Running a diagnostic shows there’s an issue with the camera (front and back) but offers no solution. Am I out of luck?
Galaxy A14 5G
Has anyone else experienced a problem with the side button falling off on the Issue with A14 5G phone ? I have only had my phone for less than 5 months and it also has an Otter Box case. The button on the right side fell off and I’m told this is from wear and tear not product defect and the Samsung warranty does not apply. At the time of purchase I also bought the Otter Box Case. There is a rubber button for the top on the case, but the other side button is exposed. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this issue. Thanks
S23 Ultra Network Status notifications
My otherwise question Galaxy S23 Ultra makes ultra loud notification sounds whenever a Network Change is detected (wifi connect, Bluetooth connect, mobile network connection connect) and there is not way to disable this (controlled by Media notification volume). The setting located under the following path cannot be disabled and is grayed out: Settings->Notifications->App Notifications->(three dot menu)Show System Apps->Android System->Notification Categories ->Network Status (<--greyed out!) For such an expensive device, this feature prevents enjoyable use of the phone via headphones or auto whenever this annoying 4 toned notification than cannot be disabled happens. help please 🙏Samsung Galaxy A11 constantly exchanging data on WiFi
I have two Samsung Galaxy A11’s that were purchased September 2020, both fully updated. Since having these phones, both of them constantly exchange data when the phones are on WiFi. If I turn WiFI off, putting the phones on the T-Mobile network, this exchanging of data immediately stops. Lookout anti-virus is installed and the phones are virus-free. Is there a known reason why this has been occurring all this time, what they are connecting to (a Samsung server, perhaps?) and is there a way to stop it? Thank you.
International Pass not working after re-purchase ANDROID
I ran out of data on my international pass so I bought another one. I called the useless 611 people for them to tell me everything should be working. Twice. Still no high speed data. I restarted and power cycled my phone several times. I reset my mobile network. Several times. I left my phone off for hours. Nothing. I even tried purchasing another data passusing a different method and still nothing. I better not get charged for 2 more passes when they're not working!!! I'm not leaving the country again as far as I know so I won't need any credits, I just want it to work NOW. I leave in 5 days, can anyone help me?
Samsung Galaxy A52 5G refuses to use mobile data
Ever since the last major update a few weeks ago, I’ve been having issues with my mobile data just being completely shut off. I’ve paid my bill, I’ve reset my network settings, I’ve even done a factory reset on the stupid device, and without fail, as soon as I leave my home and go anywhere, the transition from WiFi to mobile data just never happens. I’ve noticed the airplane mode icon on the quick menu would be semi-highlighted, and no amount of pressing the key, going into settings and switching it on and off, nothing has fixed the issue. Has anybody else experienced this issue? I have to say, this is my 3rd Samsung, and it’s probably my last. This phone has sucked right out of the box, this is just the last straw. It reeks of planned obsolescence, considering it started happening after an update.is there a way to disable the subject:nosubject header for MMS on galaxy flip3?
In my MMS group chat i keep getting an annoying header directly above every received message. Some others in the past were able to fix this issue with removing the Google hangouts app, but seeing as that app doesn’t exist anymore, is there a solution here?
