I recently upgraded my T-Mobile OnePlus 8T 5G to the Android 12 update (security update July 5, 2022) - software version KB2007_11_C.41. There seems to be a bug with this update. Whenever I connect the phone to my vehicle’s radio and initiate Android Auto, the phone prompts me what USB mode I want it to connect the USB through. I select Android Auto, and the phone connects, but all audio - music, podcast, etc. - while playing cuts in and out constantly. For example, the audio playing will pulsate between the vehicle’s speakers and then the phone’s speakers - over and over. I’ve tried everything and can’t figure out what’s going on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the record, I never had these issues while on Android 11, and nothing has changed with my vehicle’s radio. The only variable change has been the phone’s operating system version. This bug needs to be fixed by OnePlus/T-mobile.So frustrating!662Views0likes3Comments
