What happened to the T-Mobile customer service messaging on T-Mobile App
It appears that the T-Mobile app has effectively been replaced with T-LIfe and no longer has the ‘Messaging’ feature only the Contact Us option.
Hmm. I don’t see the contact us option in the app either. It looks like it is just unavailable at this time. I am not sure when it could be back. BUT I usually use the DM option on Facebook since the social media platforms have the T-Force team. Great way to connect and get stuff done.
