sending videos

Since switching to t-mobile internet it seems that I cannot send videos. I get a message saying my server has a limit. I was only trying to send a 14 second video. Anyone have this issue?

Even a 14 second video can be quite large. Are you getting this error message from your email provider or from T-Mobile? If you're on a Mac, Apple has a feature that allows you to create a link to the video rather than sending it as an attachment. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203093

If you're on a PC or a Mac, you can use Dropbox (or a similar service) to store the video and then send a link to your addressee. Dropbox will give you 2 GB of space on a free account. https://www.dropbox.com/basic

See if those workarounds don't help.

How are you trying to send the video?  As an attatchment in an email? If so, I don’t have an issue.
