VoIP with t-home internet

In my case, it is a 100% fail. I cannot send or receive calls. Tech support for the application I am trying to use told me what ports T-Mobile had to open to allow the service to work, and I gave them to T-Mobile, but I still don’t have active service. I am resolved to use my cellular data (T-Mobile 😏 ) to make and receive phone calls.
