Paramount+
I signed up for the Paramount+ offer and activated it. How do I sign on on my television? It did not ask me to set up a username and password, and it does not accept my T-Mobile username and password...

I have no idea what the first sentence of your response is telling me that I need to do. I have the app on my tv. I tried changing the password from both my tv and from my pc. It said they would email me. I have not gotten an email, which tells me that I probably do not have the service even after I jumped throughout all of the necessary hoops. That seems to be confirmed by the fact that Paramount+ is not listed as one of my benefits on the T-Mobile site. If I don’t get help soon with this, I am probably going to cancel the service that I don’t seem to have. I am 75 years old and am not willing work to get a service that should have been simple to sign up for. Thank you for your response.
