I’m in Dallas, TX. Home Internet shows 5 bars for connection quality but speed test shows 0.34 download 0.00 upload. So do # of bars just represent my connection to the nearest tower and not the conn...
We got home from a vacation where I had the service on vacation as well. I called and had it reset.
Speed was good for a day and then it dropped.
I called in again and after they did a reset my speed was back.
But now it is back down
Very frustrating.
