Bad Service
Up until the beginning of December 2024, I received great internet service. Now sometimes there is no signal and other times the signal is too weak for my IPad to connect to web site. What happened. ...
I don't know but I am having similar experiences. About to cancel this crap and go back to my previous ISP. The whole world is wanting to provide less for more $.
I spoke with T Mobile. They said there was damage to the fiber optic lines in my area and they've sent a crew to do the repairs. Hopefully soon the service will improve. In the meantime I am using my Verizon hot spot on my phone to stream TV. Oh the irony. . .
