What a wonky loop to get stuck in? Way down at the bottom of every T-Mobile website is the footer with lots of useful links and stuff. For your issue, the important part of that section is the language selection. It's possible that the Espanol option was selected at some point, but you just have to select English and the page should refresh without the need for translation.
