Just tried network pass , now it wont let me use tmobile app
Just tried network pass , now it wont let me use t mobile app , it is asked for valid t mobile 10 digit , which I don't have because i have verizon
called support , they have never heard of network pass , they are clueless

I tried that and it worked on the the website but not the app. Now I get , we are not ready for on the app

Have you tried looking into your phones settings to see if you have a Tmobile number attached to your account? It sounds like it uses digits which is assigned a phone number.
Did you receive an email from Tmobile when you signed up? It may be in there.
