SyncUp Watch Showing Offline
My kids watch was working fine yesterday and we put it on the charger overnight. This morning we woke up and the app alerted us that the watch was “Offline.” I’ve restarted the watch multiple times but no luck.
Please check that the watch is not in Airplane mode and has a connection to the T-Mobile network. Airplane mode can only be enabled/disabled through the watch settings. If you continue having issues, fila an InsaBug report by opening the SyncUP KIDS app and shaking your smartphone.

I am having the same issue. We need to get this issue resolved and have only had this watch two months.

Ugh same issue here. This watch has been an issue. Maybe time to search for a different product.

It’s not in airplane mood and it does work again once I unpair, factory reset, and repair. Then it goes back offline 24 hours later and I have to repeat. I understand once in a while but not nearly every day!

This is happening to me as well. There is no way to get it back online unless unless I unpaid the watch, factory reset and start over. It’s driving me crazy.

Hey, could you please try rebooting the watch and see if that resolves the issue? If not, please open your SyncUP KIDS app and shake your phone to report a bug. We will get back to you on the next steps as soon as we get the information. Thanks!
