Sync Up Tracker

I recently received these as part of a special promotion. The order was supposed to contain 5, but only got 4. I called to start a claim about that. The first night I charged one I woke up to a melted charge cord and the brick I have used for a year or more to charge multiple devices at one. Has anyone else had this issue? I am almost afraid to try and charge the others. Of course I threw out that charge cord and charging station after taking photos of both.

    I didn't use any of their cords since we have cell phone usb-C cords and chargers everywhere in the house and car.  BUT the real problem is once these do get charged they simply do not work.  The problem is likely the app (T-Life) that they converted to 1 month ago but as the system stands at this time these trackers are useless.
