SyncUp Kids stuck at loading screen

Hi, we apologize for the experience you are running into. In order to understand the problem better could you please open the SyncUP KIDS app and shake the phone to report a bug that way we can learn more about the issue and provide you with steps to resolve it. We would appreciate it if you could include screenshots of what you see on the app and also the watch IMEI( available on the back of the watch). As soon as we have the above we will have someone look into the issue and get back to you. Alternatively, you can also write to us at skw-feedback@t-mobile.com with the above information. Once again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience!
Yo, I figured out a hack for this issue. Seem like the watch is garbage at reconnection to the app after it runs out of battery, so try not to let that happen.(big joke with kids right?)
Ok so get the watch to the qr code screen after a restart. Then in the app go the map and youll see your kids watch sais its dead yadda yadda, from there, look for the option to ADD A NEW CONTACT/WATCH, fill it out as the same kids name and continue through the screens til you see where it asks are you ready to scan the qr code? this will pull up the camera in the app, but guess what? The watch is magically connects as soon as you see the camera screen. Then you can just cancel setting up a new watch.
Its a goofy ass product to be sure but I hope this helps!
