Won't let me cancel Paramount+

Website won’t let me cancel Paramount +.  Is this even possible on the T Mobile website??  Followed suggestions I saw on line and all suggestions take you to manage add ons which comes up blank on the website.

    Be sure you are on the PAH (Primary Account Holder) when managing add-ons.

    Log in to the T-Mobile App, T-Mobile, or contact T-Mobile customer service to remove Paramount+ from your account.

    Log in to T-Mobile.com using your T-Mobile ID.
    Select View Account > Shared Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
    Deselect the Paramount+ feature and choose Continue.
    On the Review your order page, select Agree & submit.

    If I remember correctly, I had to cancel on the Paramount + website. The account will remain open until the promo is done or the end of the billing cycle.
