What’s included with Paramount+ On Us:

  • 12 months of Paramount+ On Us 
  • Once the 12 months have ended, the subscription automatically renews to the paid Paramount+ Essential plan at $4.99/month. Credit card required. 
  • If you've already taken advantage of the claim code offer, you will not be able to participate in the 12-month trial version by adding the feature to your T-Mobile account.
  • Offer is only available for the Essential monthly plan and cannot be applied to any other Paramount+ subscription plan.

Add or redeem Paramount+

T-Mobile customers with an Android, iOS, smart TV, or game console are eligible to add the Paramount+ On Us offer or the paid feature options (excludes T-Mobile Business accounts, accounts with only Home Internet lines and Sprint accounts).

Read me first

Before getting started, make sure that:

  • You have a T-Mobile ID​.
  • You are a Primary Account Holder (PAH) or Authorized User.
  • You do not already have a Paramount+ feature added to your account.
  • If you already have a Paramount+ account, make sure the correct information auto-populates during the redemption process.
  • If you don't have a Paramount+ account, you can create one during the redemption process.
  • If you already have a Paramount+ subscription (purchased outside of T-Mobile) you'll need to cancel your existing subscription to activate your subscription with T-Mobile. 
    • If you have an iOS device and purchased your Paramount+ subscription through an iOS device, cancel your subscription from the Apple App Store. 
    • Be sure to log out of the Paramount+ app or website on your device.
    • You'll need to wait until your current bill cycle with Paramount+ ends before you can activate your subscription with T-Mobile.

Choose an option to add or redeem

 
Add, redeem, or check activation status by logging in to T-Mobile.com or the T-Mobile App
 
  1. Log in to T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app using your T-Mobile ID.
  2. Go to the Manage Add-Ons page.
    • T-Mobile.com: 
      1. Select View details for any of the lines on the account.
      2. Select the line under Lines and Devices.
      3. In the Active Add-Ons section, select Manage Add-Ons.
    • T-Mobile App:
      1. Select Account and then ADD-ONS on any of the lines.
      2. Select the Plan Details tab.
      3. Select Manage Data and Add-ons
  3. In the Services section, select the desired Paramount feature.
    • For a year of Paramount+, select the Paramount+ 1-yr promotion (this option will be unavailable if you have already redeemed the Paramount+ On Us claim code offer).
    • Select Paramount+ Essential or Premium for the paid feature, then select Agree (Note: Premium plan not included in the promotion and you will be charged $9.99/month). 
    • If you already have the paid version of Paramount+ and haven't taken advantage of the Paramount+ On Us offer, you can downgrade to the offer version on the Manage Add-Ons page. 
  4. Select Continue
  5. On the Review your order page, choose Agree & Submit.
  6. When the Activation Hub displays, select a Paramount+ service to activate.
  7. Select Start Activation. A text message will be sent to the PAH to confirm the addition of the feature to the account, and a registration link is sent to the designated line. 
  8. Once the Paramount+ page launches, select Activate Paramount+ or Activate Paramount+ w/12mo promotion
  9. On the next page, sign in with your Paramount+ account email address into the field that appears (you can use Forgot email? if you forget it) and select Next.
    • If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose Create account and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
    • If you are already logged in to the Paramount+ account you want to use, you will see the option to use that account for the redemption or choose a different account.
    • If you are an ex-Paramount+ subscriber and have a Paramount+ account cached in your browser, you will see the option to use that account for the redemption and can log in with that account.
    • If you already have a Paramount+ subscription that is not the Essential monthly plan, you will get an error. You must cancel your current Paramount+ subscription to continue.
  10. Enter your password (you can use Forgot password? if you forgot it) and select Next
  11. Select the checkbox to allow T-Mobile to access your subscription and then choose Continue.
  12. On the “Thank you for signing up” page, choose the appropriate link to download the Paramount+ app.

 

 
Redeem from Text message (SMS)
 

When you add Paramount+ to your account, a Paramount+ redemption text message is sent immediately to your account so you can activate your service.

  1. Select the link in the text message and log in to T-Mobile using your T-Mobile ID.
  2. Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then choose Start Activation.
  3. When the browser launches the Paramount+ web page, select Activate Paramount+ or Activate Paramount+ w/12mo promotion
  4. On the next page, sign in with your Paramount+ account email address into the field that appears (you can use Forgot email? if you forget it) and select Next.
    • If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose Create account and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
    • If you are already logged in to the Paramount+ account you want to use, you will see the option to use that account for the redemption or choose a different account.
    • If you are an ex-Paramount+ subscriber and have a Paramount+ account cached in your browser, you will see the option to use that account for the redemption and can log in with that account.
    • If you already have a Paramount+ subscription that is not the Essential monthly plan, you will get an error. You must cancel your current Paramount+ subscription to continue
  5. Enter your password (you can use Forgot password? if you forgot it) and select Next.
  6. Enter the designated line mobile number. 
  7. On the “Thank you for signing up” page, choose the appropriate link to download the Paramount+ app.

 

Paramount+ subscription & billing

  • Your subscription is managed through T-Mobile.
  • T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Paramount+ membership each month.
  • If you remove Paramount+ from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment.
  • If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription go to the T-Mobile login page.
  • To manage the Paramount+ subscription, go to Manage add-ons

Canceling
 
  • If you cancel your T-Mobile account, you will immediately lose your Paramount+ subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Paramount+ method of payment and you will need to subscribe to Paramount+ directly to start a new subscription.
  • If you cancel your Paramount+ subscription through T-Mobile, the cancellation can be future-dated or immediate and you will still have access to your service to the end of the billing cycle (Exception: If you cancel your 12-month promotion, your subscription will be canceled immediately).
  • Log in to the T-Mobile App, T-Mobile, or contact T-Mobile customer service to remove Paramount+ from your account.
    1. Log in to T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app using your T-Mobile ID.
    2. Go to the Manage Add-Ons page:
      • T-Mobile.com: 
        1. Under the I want to box, choose Manage add-ons.
        2. Select Account > Manage Add-ons.
      • T-Mobile App:
        1. Select Account, Plan & Usage Details, Manage Data and Add-ons
        2. Deselect the Paramount+ feature and choose Continue.
        3. On the Review your order page, select Agree & submit.
