Add Paramount+
You can use an Android, iOS, smart TV, or game console to add Paramount+ (excludes T-Mobile Business accounts, accounts with only Home Internet lines and Sprint accounts).
Read me first
Before getting started, make sure that:
- You have a T-Mobile ID.
- You are a Primary Account Holder (PAH) or Authorized User.
- You do not already have a Paramount+ feature added to your account.
- If you already have a Paramount+ account, make sure the correct information auto-populates during the activation process.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, you can create one during the activation process.
- If you already have a Paramount+ subscription (purchased outside of T-Mobile) you'll need to cancel your existing subscription to activate your subscription with T-Mobile.
- If you have an iOS device and purchased your Paramount+ subscription through an iOS device, cancel your subscription from the Apple App Store.
- Be sure to log out of the Paramount+ app or website on your device.
- You'll need to wait until your current bill cycle with Paramount+ ends before you can activate your subscription with T-Mobile.
- If you have an iOS device and purchased your Paramount+ subscription through an iOS device, cancel your subscription from the Apple App Store.
Choose an option to add
- Log in to T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app using your T-Mobile ID.
- Go to the Manage Add-Ons page.
- T-Mobile.com:
- Select View details for any of the lines on the account.
- Select the line under Lines and Devices.
- In the Active Add-Ons section, select Manage Add-Ons.
- Select View details for any of the lines on the account.
- T-Mobile App:
- Select Account and then ADD-ONS on any of the lines.
- Select the Plan Details tab.
- Select Manage Data and Add-ons.
- T-Mobile.com:
- In the Services section, select Paramount+ Essential or Premium, then select Agree (you will be charged $9.99/month).
- Select Continue.
- On the Review your order page, choose Agree & Submit.
- When the Activation Hub displays, select a Paramount+ service to activate.
- Select Start Activation. A text message will be sent to the PAH to confirm the addition of the feature to the account, and a registration link is sent to the designated line.
- Once the Paramount+ page launches, select Activate Paramount+.
- On the next page, sign in with your Paramount+ account email address into the field that appears (you can use Forgot email? if you forget it) and select Next.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose Create account and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
- If you are already logged in to the Paramount+ account you want to use, you will see the option to use that account for the activation or choose a different account.
- If you are an ex-Paramount+ subscriber and have a Paramount+ account cached in your browser, you will see the option to use that account for the activation and can log in with that account.
- If you already have a Paramount+ subscription that is not the Essential monthly plan, you will get an error. You must cancel your current Paramount+ subscription to continue.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose Create account and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
- Enter your password (you can use Forgot password? if you forgot it) and select Next.
- Select the checkbox to allow T-Mobile to access your subscription and then choose Continue.
- On the “Thank you for signing up” page, choose the appropriate link to download the Paramount+ app.
When you add Paramount+ to your account, a Paramount+ activation text message is sent immediately to your account so you can activate your service.
- Select the link in the text message and log in to T-Mobile using your T-Mobile ID.
- Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then choose Start Activation.
- When the browser launches the Paramount+ web page, select Activate Paramount+.
- On the next page, sign in with your Paramount+ account email address into the field that appears (you can use Forgot email? if you forget it) and select Next.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose Create account and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
- If you are already logged in to the Paramount+ account you want to use, you will see the option to use that account or choose a different account.
- If you are an ex-Paramount+ subscriber and have a Paramount+ account cached in your browser, you will see the option to use that account for the activation and can log in with that account.
- If you already have a Paramount+ subscription that is not the Essential monthly plan, you will get an error. You must cancel your current Paramount+ subscription to continue
- Enter your password (you can use Forgot password? if you forgot it) and select Next.
- Enter the designated line mobile number.
- On the “Thank you for signing up” page, choose the appropriate link to download the Paramount+ app.
Paramount+ subscription & billing
- Your subscription is managed through T-Mobile.
- T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Paramount+ membership each month.
- If you remove Paramount+ from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment.
- If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription go to the T-Mobile login page.
- To manage the Paramount+ subscription, go to Manage add-ons.

Contact T-Mobile if you need help with:
- Adding or removing Paramount+
- Basic troubleshooting (app connection issues,
- Getting a new Paramount+ activation text message
- Cancelling existing trial version immediately
- T-Mobile plan, billing, & account management
- Basic network or hardware troubleshooting
- If you cancel your T-Mobile account, you will immediately lose your Paramount+ subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Paramount+ method of payment and you will need to subscribe to Paramount+ directly to start a new subscription.
- If you cancel your Paramount+ subscription through T-Mobile, the cancellation can be future-dated or immediate and you will still have access to your service to the end of the billing cycle (Exception: If you cancel your existing 12-month promotion, your subscription will be canceled immediately).
- Log in to the T-Mobile App, T-Mobile, or contact T-Mobile customer service to remove Paramount+ from your account.
- Log in to T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app using your T-Mobile ID.
- Go to the Manage Add-Ons page:
- T-Mobile.com:
- Under the I want to box, choose Manage add-ons.
- Select Account > Manage Add-ons.
- T-Mobile App:
- Select Account, Plan & Usage Details, Manage Data and Add-ons.
- Deselect the Paramount+ feature and choose Continue.
- On the Review your order page, select Agree & submit.
