Unable to access Home Internet Award Mastercard
Received email today for $100 for Internet promo from Northlane.Com for signing up for TMobile Internet. No matter what I do I cannot access the Virtual Prepaid Mastercard from the link they provided. I have put in my regular cell number that didn’t work. I put in the number for the gateway and that didn’t work either.
Any advice to access this would be appreciated.

You are experiencing an issue with Northlane, so I would reach out to T-Mobile and let them know of your concerns. I am confident they will help you.
It does not ask for a password…. just phone number and a verify box of numbers and letters. When I enter than it just states they are unable to validate the information.
You may need to return to the local T-Mobile store for assistance. They should have given you information on how to access the funds, like what information to enter for the username and password?
