Punishing Veterans and First Responders

Take a look at the upgrade options. Military, First Responders, and Veterans get a LOWER trade in value. On the Plus plan "Free every two years"... Not one rep has been able to explain it. Beautifu...

It's because you have a discounted plan.

    đŸ€ŠNothing says "I don't understand the problem" more than stating the obvious but ignoring the actual issue.

    Saying you support Military, Veterans, and First Responders by providing them a discount on their monthly service only to charge them more for everything else is hypocritical and virtue signaling.

    You see them advertising their support, but not the penalties associated with the discount.

      Unfortunately T-Mobile made this change a few months back and you can't post links anymore but HeavenM  should be able to explain the new trade in value process to you.
