I am being scammed by T-Mobile. I got offered a fake promotion. Once I got my new phone, I noticed that the promotion that was offered to me was not applied to my monthly bills. I called T-Mobile and they assured me that it was resolved. However, I noticed that I'm still being charged. I called again and they told me that there's no such thing as the promotion that was offered to me. I told them that I don't want the phone then but they pretty much told me that there's nothing I could do about it. I offered to pay full price to just leave T-Mobile but they wouldn't allow it.
