Revvl 6x Pro. I can no longer download anything from the Play store or make in game purchases.

I have not even had my Revvl 6x Pro for 6 months yet. I can't download games from the Play store or make in game purchases anymore. It says I don't have an Internet connection but I do because I can do everything else like Facebook or watch shows. Anyone know how to fix it or have a similar situation?
