Jump 1.0

I am still on Jump 1.0 but confused on how to upgrade my phone with the program.

    I don’t believe the features of the old JUMP 1.0 are available, but you still be able to use the newer version of the feature.  If you don’t have the option when you’re upgrading online, I’d reach out to our Care team with the phone you’d like to redeem JUMP with and they’ll be able to walk you through all the details.
