How do I connect a landline phone
I am currently using T-Model: KVD21 for my home internet. I have tried to connect my landline phone to the Ethernet connection using an adapter cable RJ11 6P4C Female to Ethernet RJ45 8P8C Male F/M. It does not connect my phone a Panasonic cordless phone KX-TGF975B. My phone gives a message “Check Tel line” and there is no dial tone. Can anyone advise me on how I can connect my landline? Thank you.
VOIP services are not landlines. You would need to reach out to your VIOP phone service provider to see how you setup your service. Some VOIP services are not compatible with TMHI.
