Unable to place international calls
I purchased the internatonal plan. I am outside of the states now. I can text but unable to place calls. Would you please tell me the steps to place the phone calls. Thanks
Ok, I’m about a year late to this, but just had same issue and tried the +1, and tried 001 too to no avail. What I eventually did was go into the cell settings on my iphone and went into network which was showing as MOE. The setting on this page was on auto. I turned it off and then changed the network from MOE to NOS and was suddenly able to call no issues. I did not try the vodaphone network. Hopefully this helps others.
Addendum to comment above. I was always able to call back to US but not to European countries.
