Traveling to Amsterdam, Brussels. Map shows no coverage? how can I be sure I’ll have texting? Voice calls…. but are there roaming charges,too on top of 25 cents per min?
The Netherlands and Belgium most assuredly are covered. T-Mobile’s website has a problem with reporting that places have no coverage when they really do. The only thing you should be charged is 25¢/min for calls. (Unless you make calls to Cuba, satellite phones or other strange places.)

I noticed I got 2 diff answers when asking.
Basically, then, you don’t need a special plan or in card, which was a nightmare on V in England last we visited.
