no international service on one of the 4 lines
I have 4 lines for the t mobile ultimate unlimited and traveling outside the USA and the 3 lines have the service but the 4 th line has no service 😞😞🤔🤔🤔 tried with customer care no success checked all settings looks great but unfortunately no service on the 4 th line😞😞😞
Calls to Customer Care are usually free. If 611 doesn't work or you feel more comfortable calling their number to be reached fr an international location. You can call, +1-505-998-3793, which is a free call to T-Mobile from a T-Mobile line.

No everything is enabled and all settings in the iPhone are okay other 3 lines no issue but 4 phone not working.. is 611 free to call from my phone from India 🇮🇳 to USA 🇺🇸
If data roaming is enabled on the device. Is the device compatible with Tue roaming partner's network? Is the line set to allow international going? You would need to reach out to Customer Care at 611 or the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter to ensure the line is set correctly to internationally roam.
