I can't receive SMS messages from India

I can’t receive SMS from India.  I’ve an iPhone 14Pro.  My wife, with a iPhone 14Pro Max, is on the same plan and can receive them!  I have to think it’s not the phone model, but some setting..

Any suggestions?
