Customer representative lying about international call charges
When I signed up with T-mobile it was expressly to get calling from the US to Germany for 25 cents per minute. Now that I received my bill it turns out that they charge $3 a minute. When talking to T-mobile the confirmed that their sales representative just flat out lied to me to make the sale and that I would have to purchase a $15 per month extra package to obtain the promised rate.
T-mobile has some rather unsavory business practices!

It's screwy that they charge $3/min for international calls from the US and 25¢/min when calling from abroad. I guess they really want to sell that Stateside-International add-on. I just use Google Voice. Things get said by sales reps that are downright wrong, which is why you should always go with what's written down.
