Unknown devices connected by ethernet

I have two unknown devices only listed by their MAC address connected by Ethernet displaying but I Have Nothing plugged in to my gateway. I have tried to block them and it won’t let me.

i have tried rebooting the gateway. Nothing. I also could not access settings. To reset my password. Help!
