Amazon Firestick streaming error for Netflix, Prime and Disney

I have t-mobile business internet.

I am able to connect to Disney, Netflix, and Prime via a computer.

When using a Firestick or Smart TV, I can connect and choose a movie on these services, but then get a 5001 error message of streaming not available or a took too long to connect.

I’m not finding anywhere to open a port in the T Life app.  Where can you manage different sites?

Any suggestions appreciated.
