Is there a reason why I need to download an app to make changes on the router admin settings? Why can’t I make changes by going to the admin gateway ip site?
How do I get in the portal to check status of rebates. I have been lied to twice now and I see from comments that this is the way T-Mobile does business. Very disappointed. I was told I would receive the rebate in 13 weeks. My wife received hers and I did not. I called to check and was told it would be next week. It did not come. I called again and was told there was no record of submission. It was put in again and it will be 13 weeks. I have heard from friends that the same thing was done to them, and I see in the chat that T-Mobile has done this many times. Unacceptable.
