What is a 3amp USB-C?

that is the new style cable that comes with your phone. It has 2 usb-c style ends on and will not work with your old-style charger.

Ok you’re talking about the cable but what about 3amp USB-C to USB-C cable your talking about? 

Depending on the phone but it's probably a fast charging cable.
