I had an iphone that i couldnt find that I bought thru tmobile and now I want to assign the imei number to the line on nmy account. how do i do that?

I had a phone that I lost or thought I did, I didn't report it at the time and I now actually found it in storage and I wanted to know how I go about assigning the phone to the line so that It show on the account.
