Unlocked device
My phone (T-mobile REVVL V + 5G) were bought from assurance wireless and it were unlocked. When I put the simcard from other carriers, it wasn’t work.

You need to contact Assurance Wireless and ask them to unlock it. Tmobile can only unlock phones they sell.

I bought it more than 1 year and I checked it unlocked
Phones aren't sold unlocked and they need to meet the requirements from the carrier for the phone to be unlocked.
