To qualify for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile. You must be a T-Mobile USA customer, the device must be a T-Mobile USA device, and meet all of the T-Mobile SIM Unlock Policy requirements. If you are not the original owner of the device, that complicates things even more.

If it's a Tmobile phone and you still have the sim card you can try the international number that's free.
