Hi Syaoran
The device has met all of the SIM unlock policy. Since the SIM is used as E-SIM in NEW device the old (iphone) device bearing IMEI 355839088408697 can be unlocked for another SIM use.

Each device is independent and must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements for the device and your T-Mobile USA account. A SIM refers to a pSIM and or an eSIM. The requirements are the same regardless.

Hi Syaoran
I completely agree that each device must comply the requirements. Are you suggesting, to keep the old device just as a toy. The old device had the pSIM - T-Mobile number ending xxxxx0603.
We are using the SIM in another device as eSIM. That's why we are requesting you to unlock the old device for another carrier usage.
Please tell us clearly what's the problem from your end to unlock the device bearing IMEI 355839088408697 for a new carrier.
Let me know what we need to do from our end to use the device.
