unlimited data

I have unlimited data, magenta max unlimited plan.. But it's limiting only my son's line and not letting him use mobile data of any kind… Does anyone have any idea why this could be?  ...we have a...

Thank you. 

My next step was going into the store....I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. 

I checked my plan, and all 4 of my lines have the exact same plan allowances checked, even unchecked and rechecked lol. 

And since he's over his "unlimited" data limit, it keeps putting his phone in airplane mode…
