TMobile LG G6 H872 and 3G shut down?

TMobile has sure done a crap job of communicating that. No letter….no email….no text. I don’t even know where to go on the website to look up the support status of the phone! 

I don’t get it why a 4G phone stops working after 3G is shutdown, either.
