T-Mobile Tower loses internet
My devices lose internet, but not cellular connection frequently. During the losses, which last about a minute and happen about every 30 minutes, my T-Mobile home internet router says the connection is Excellent, and my phones say they are connected to T-Mobile 5Guc with full bars (WiFi turned off to show it is not just the router). All devices are connected to T-mobile all lose INTERNET at the same time and reconnect to internet at the same time. I live about ¼ mile from the T-Mobile Tower in Weedsport NY. When the internet is connected I see great speed, sometimes over 600Mbps
To reiterate, All devices connected directly to T-Mobile 5G(uc) wireless lose internet, but not the wireless connection, for about 60 seconds at a frequency of 2-3 times an hour.
Anyone else seen this? Any know how I can connect with Tower support?
My neighbor and I have been having this same issue for about a month (Sept 22).
We are in Georgia so not a local issue if it’s the same as you are having in NY.
It’s not a single tower issue. Have forced my router to different towers and still have the same issues.
It seems to not be a local gateway hardware/firmware issue. Neighbor is on the old silver trash can and his speeds are 10x mine on the Arcadyan KVD21 but has this same issue.
Have had numerous calls with support, no resolution.
