I’m sorry that happened to you! It’s crazy what companies are trying to get away with these days. I only wanted to switch from AT&T because of their recent data leak where they compromised my personal info. But honestly, I’ve never had service issues or customer service issues with AT&T. I’m definitely avoiding T-Mobile and appreciate you letting me know your experience with Verizon so I know to avoid them too. From now on, I’m just sticking to AT&T.
