Repeated lost wifi signal

My Internet has dropped devices (security cams included!) 10 times in the past 30 days. It's unsettling to know that 1/3 the time my house is unprotected because my wi-fi is unreliable. Anyone else experiencing signal lost notifications from devices connected to their T-Mobile wifi? This is happening in the early morning hours (4-6a).
