what a stupid response from whoever. 70-100 mbps doesn't sound bad. Let's see, I watch a movie and it stops during the run 5-10 times. Or sometimes it disconnects. I play an Xbox game and there are pauses and jerks in the performance. My computer is slow and loses programs. when I type something, it doesn't register. And don't tell me its my computer. Its new and its fast. And don't tell me it's my TV. Got it for Christmas. And don't tell me its the Xbox. Got that at Christmas too. If I send emails with attachments, they get the email and no attachments. Only one thing left is your substandard service. I've been putting up with it for 5 months waiting for you to fix it. If 70 mbps is alright, try it at your house. Spectrum offers 300+ mbps and Frontier offers 500 mbps. Why are theirs so fast and yours is so slow? I’ll tell you. If you use a computer, Xbox, and stream tv you need at least 200 mbps. So don't send me your crap response that 70-100 sounds good. That is about as stupid as me trying to keep T-Mobile after being with you 30 years, probably longer than you have been alive. Remember, stupid is as stupid does. And dont send me any more stupid emails. I’ll find another service.
As for the above response 72-200 mbps sucks for multiple use. Multiple use is tv streaming, Xbox playing, computer use and phone use for one person. Read the above.
