not receiving calls on digits or through my phone

I’m having similar issues with Digits, on a Samsung fold 4. It sometimes just rings and rings, while no call is actually coming in on my line(primary on a different phone). And, when a call does come in, there is no way to answer it. No button, nothing in the notification, nothing.
It works on my iPad, but not on my Samsung device, which is using Google fi for it’s primary line.
