Horrible Download Speeds in San Jose, CA
I have a Samsung S21+ 5G. I was told from the sales person how good and reliable 5G was and I would love it. Not even a year in...phone freezes, some apps dont work, 5G downloads are horrible and so...
I've been with T-Mobile for over 7 years now and I literally love everything about their service.
However, I just moved to an apartment in San Jose and cannot get ANY service inside the apartment and even on the side walk outside.
This is shocking and surprising.
Is there anything you can do to fix this?
Right now I am using Wi-Fi calling using att Internet service.
What a shame...
