Not sure how to proceed
I joined Tmobile 10 months ago. Service in my area is terrible. I’ve paid a LOT of money for terrible service, but kind of powered through. Today I talked to your tech support team to try and find a solution. They told me you have terrible coverage in my area, and literally told me TMobile may not be the provider for me. Please reimburse me for under performing. I was told I was paying for a quality 5G network. Today you admitted to me that you were not providing me with the level of service I have been paying for.
I want a credit for each month I’ve been with you please.
