No service in Scotts Valley, California today?
I found there is no service at home today from about 12:00. The location is Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, California. All my 6 lines are down.
contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter and see if there are any outages..worse case you can have them create a network ticket for you.
calling in= tier 1 support
FB/Twitter= tier 2 support.
