N200 5G 1+. Sucks !
Well I have this N 200 5G OnePlus and this phone is horrible the last two months now I cannot get on my internet I work from home I cannot use my hotspot I found out my family has been sending me text messages which I have not received I did receive one message the other day there was two weeks old if an emergency happens and I lose a loved one I'm going to be extremely upset not being notified as soon as possible because of this phone service I would never recommend this phone I'm very upset with T-Mobile because they constantly have not given me the proper reason why it's happening they've got two excuses they're working on the lines and towers out here LOL well now what your excuse I am very upset with this I have not been with you guys long and it's sad that all I have to do is complain I really hate having to be a Karen but when you work from home and you have bills to pay it's very upsetting when your equipment does not work proper so how about some help anybody else have an issues with this phone ?

In general, from my experience… OnePlus is not a good company to deal with. You can send it in for ‘warranty replacement’ if it is not working well/properly. I’ve replaced my OnePlus 8 5G 3x under warranty, and 3x under One Plus RMA - due to ‘software bugs’ with their bluetooth that effectively broke vehicle use of OnePlus with bluetooth and my SUV after Android 11 forced updates.
I’d recommend calling/escalating with T-Mobile. After 3x warranty fixes, they’ll push you to a different device (Moto X/Samsung a32 ?)
