My number has been cancelled
I’m out of US and haven't use my phone number, recently got an email my number is no longer my primary number. Yesterday I got a new email told me I must make a payment to refill my t-mobile account...
If it's a prepaid plan once the funds run out you have 90 days to add funds or they close the account.
