Internet is Going Out on a Daily Basis

We have had the t-mobile internet for a bit over a year.  There have been several upgrades that did impact service but systems do need upgrading.  What seems to be a problem is daily internet outages in the evenings.  We are about 90 miles north of Miami.  We get a lot of thunder storms in the summer in the late afternoon into the evenings.  I am thinking there could be a correlation with the outages.  I have spent countless hours with telephone support and unplugging the gateway.  Maybe it is too many people watching streaming tv services.  Does anyone else see a connection to bad weather and no internet?  We always have 4 or 3 bars on the gateway.  A typical outage will stat at 9pm and last until morning.  Sometimes it is out for an hour.
